. . . the excavator on the outside, the conveyor is inched out of the mill.

The top end of the conveyor is secured to the bed of the truck to assist in the move.
As the excavator slowly moves the conveyor out of the mill, the truck moves forward with its load.
The excavator and truck carefully move forward to deposit the saw dust conveyor where it will be stored.
(Until spring, when it will be reinstalled in its original location at the back of the sawdust shed.)
